The Premier League North London team announced this in a statement on their website. Okonkwo joined Arsenal’s academy in April 2018. The 18-year-old has previously completed work experience loans with Hitchin Town and Leatherhead.

The Gunners announced this in a lengthy statement on their website on Thursday. “Seven of our academy players have signed new professional contracts with the club,” Arsenal’s statement said.
Meanwhile, Arsenal are anticipated to add to manager Mikel Arteta’s team this summer transfer window. The Premier League North London club finished second to Manchester City last season.
