Amaka’s actions sparked up controversies after threatening to poison Yoruba and Edo people in Canada.

The Nigerian House of Representatives and lawmaker wrote to the Canadian government to request her prosecution for inciting violence and genocide against the Yoruba and Benin people.

However, on Thursday, the Chairman of Nigerians in Diaspora Commission, NiDCOM, Abike Dabiri-Erewa, said that the case has been taken up.

In a post shared on his X account, Simon Ekpa reacted by urging Amaka not to panic as he claimed that Sunnberger’s threat comes as a result of long-term bullying by the Nigerians she threatened.

“The Biafra government will defend Amaka against any action taken by the Nigeria terrorist state.

“We equally call on Amaka to immediately contact the Biafra Liaison in Canada or anyone with her contact should contact the Biafra government or myself directly.
