City has a serious interest in signing the 24-year-old midfielder this summer.

The Gunners have seen two bids for the England international rejected already.
Manchester United are also prepared to rival Arsenal in the race to sign Rice.
The Red Devils will offer Harry Maguire or Scott McTominay as part of the deal.
