In her statement, she recounted how her husband was taken from their Abuja residence to Owerri by Imo State Governor Hope Uzodinma and expressed distress over her inability to access Owerri to provide his medication. She described the situation as alarming, urging immediate intervention to save her husband’s life.

She said in a live coverage by Symfoni, “I want to beg the federal government. I want to beg Ahmed Bola Tinubu., the president of this country, to please come to my husband’s aid because it wouldn’t be funny if my husband dies. He hasn’t had his drugs for the past six days.

This is a man who is supposed to live on drugs every day of his life, and for the past six days, he has not taken his drugs. Nobody has seen him. I can’t even fly to Owerri. Hope Uzodinma came to my house and picked him from my home in Abuja to Owerri. How do I go and give my husband his medication?
