An Appeal Court sitting in Akure Ondo State today set the record straight yet again about a very terrifying case of mu$der that has been roaming about from one court to another over the years between a very prominent man in Osun State called Rahmon Adedoyin and late Adegoke Timothy where the court sentenced Adedoyin to de@th sentence.

This case has been going back and forth because of one reason or the other because of the justice call from different people, particularly from Alhaji Hazmat Oriyomi to the federal government.
The Appeal Court’s ruling wasn’t the first to give the same judgement on this case, the Osun State High Court has also given the same verdict, that Rahmon Adedoyin should also be sentenced to de@th before the case was transferred to Akure.
Meanwhile, mix-reaction has been going on in different places and media outlets as many people are jubilating and commending the judicial department for their job weldon, especially for the justice that is about to be served concerning this matter.
Amongst the reactions, one that caught people’s fancies is that of Alhaji Hazmat Oriyomi, the man who has been in war front of this case since the beginning.
His response to the whole judgement was out of what people may have said it’s normal because he looked at the judgement in different angle.
Below is his reactions to the judgement, he said, “there’s no celebration to be hold when someone has been sentenced to be k#lld, what would be anybody’s gain when someone is de@d? But if there’s no true judgement in such cases, definitely such act will keep being rampant in the society. It was Adedoyin himself that took the case to Appeal Court sitting in Akure after the Osun State High Court ruling”.
He continued by saying, “the justice served today made everyone to understand that, no matter who or how rich and wealthy you are in this country, whenever you’d done something wrong, you shall face the consequences, and in the same vein, no matter how poor you are, if anyone ride you and pull you to the mud, you can get a true justice from the government not minding how powerful or influential such person might be”.
