He said Bisi Akande wasn’t the first person to demonize the former governor of Anambra state. He said Bayo Onanuga did similar thing in 2024 when he accused Peter Obi of being behind the #EndBadGovernance protest in August.
According to Tokunbo Peters;
“The race for 2027 has begun, they want to try as much as possible to demonize Peter Obi and his movements and all what he stands for before 2027. It didn’t start today, it didn’t start with the claim by Bisi Akande. let me take you back to 2024 to the claim made by Mr. Bayo Onanuga, the Special Adviser on Information and Strategy. When some people were planning #EndBadGovernance protest, he accused Peter Obi of being behind it”.
