According to Okwagbe, APC has no real presence in Delta, as the people have witnessed meaningful progress under PDP leadership. He argued that the APC represents stagnation and accused Omo-Agege of misleading the public instead of recognizing PDP’s long-standing political supremacy in the state.

He praised Governor Oborevwori’s administration for its dedication to the people, highlighting its impactful policies and achievements. He cited the governor’s recognition as This Day Newspaper and Arise Television’s Best Governor of the Year, as well as an honorary doctorate from Novena University, as proof of his effective leadership.

In contrast, he dismissed Omo-Agege’s political maneuvers as mere grandstanding, stating that his efforts to present himself as a credible alternative have failed. Okwagbe expressed confidence that Oborevwori will continue to enjoy strong public support as he remains committed to delivering democratic benefits under the MORE AGENDA.

He concluded by reaffirming PDP’s firm grip on Delta’s political landscape, describing APC’s influence as weak and its chances of success as minimal. According to him, Omo-Agege’s political aspirations in the state are futile.
