He said that some of Omolara’s behavior made him start asking questions about her past. He explained that he became suspicious and decided to investigate further.

He said that while he was with Funke, she set up a conference call with other people who had known Omolara during her school years. He said during the call they discussed several things about Omolara’s alleged relationships with different men while in school.
He said what he heard during the call shocked him and his body was shaking as he listened.
Ezekiel also said that he confronted Omolara about her past, asking her if there was anything she had hidden from him but she denied having anything to hide.
He said Omolara later began to send messages to Funke, begging her not to reveal anything about her (Omolara’s) past to him and even went as far as threatening her. He said: “I was standing there; my legs were shaking. I couldn’t bear it.
I picked up the phone and asked her, ‘Is there something you want to tell me about your past that you have not mentioned to me?’ She said, ‘Nothing.’
