In an interview with Channels Television, the Chairman of Bali Local Government, Aboki Dauda described the harrowing incident that has sparked outrage across the community. According to Dauda, the woman had gone to fetch water from a communal source when she encountered herders leading cattle into the stream, contaminating the only available drinking water.
“When one woman came to fetch water, she saw them and asked them, ‘Why are you spoiling our water?
