Human rights activist and former presidential candidate Omoyele Sowore has reacted fiercely to a controversial statement allegedly made by former Kaduna State Governor Nasir El-Rufai, in which he reportedly claimed, “I brought evil Tinubu to power, I should remove him now.” The statement, widely circulated via an image from Leadership newspaper and reshared by Sowore on X (formerly Twitter), has sparked intense debate across Nigeria’s political scene.
