Biodun Ajiboye, Executive Secretary and CEO of the National Institute of Cultural Orientation, has downplayed the political influence of Peter Obi as a potential ally of former Kaduna Governor Nasir El-Rufai in the opposition coalition.
Speaking on Arise News, Ajiboye dismissed Obi’s political activism as mere rhetoric without tangible results, emphasizing that “Peter Obi will keep ranting forever. He will go to the north, wear Hausa cap today, and get into the mosque”.
Ajiboye’s remarks came amid a heated debate following El-Rufai’s recent outspoken criticism of President Bola Tinubu’s administration and the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC).
