This guy is the leader of a terror gang operating in Zamfara, Katsina, Sokoto, Kebbi and Niger states, killing, maiming, and abducting for money. This ugly trend has been on for almost ten years. The killer gang’s headquarters is in the Tsafe Local Government Area of Zamfara State.
