The Chief Whip of the Nigerian Senate, Senator Ali Ndume, stated that the Group Managing Director of the NNPC informed him about subsidy money.
He said the GMD informed him that Nigeria will not save any money despite removing fuel subsidies.

Ali Ndume disclosed this in a recent interview in a video (26:17) with Arise TV.
In Ali Ndume’s words, he said, “I asked the GMD of NNPC where is the money saved from subsidy removal and he said that there is no money.
