Hakeem Baba-Ahmed, a former Special Adviser on Political Matters to President Tinubu, has stated that Tinubu’s government is making a mistake by acting as if elections are just a few months away, even though it still has two years left in office.

In an interview with AIT, Ahmed said that the opposition parties seem to have pressured the Tinubu administration into shifting its focus from governance to politics.
