Opposition leaders plan to formally adopt the African Democratic Congress (ADC) on Wednesday as their 2027 election platform.
This comes amid delays in registering their proposed new party, the All Democratic Alliance (ADA), with INEC.

The coalition includes Atiku Abubakar, Peter Obi, and Nasir el-Rufai. Though ADC is now the likely vehicle, leaders say ADA registration will still proceed.
