In a bold address to the United Nations Security Council on Monday, Israel’s Ambassador to the UN, Danny Danon, revealed that Israel had achieved full air superiority over western Iran, including Tehran, during the recently concluded Operation Rising Lion.

Danon disclosed that Israeli forces successfully struck critical Iranian military infrastructure, including nuclear facilities, airfields, and ballistic missile sites. “We neutralized more than half of Iran’s ballistic missile launchers that threatened Israel and the entire world. We destroyed over 1,000 unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) and intercepted roughly 90% of the missiles fired at our cities,” Danon stated.
