Former Kaduna State Governor, Nasiru El-Rufai, has revealed that the coalition of opposition parties plans to register a new political party as a backup to the African Democratic Congress (ADC), which they have currently adopted as their platform to challenge the All Progressives Congress (APC) in the 2027 general elections.
