Rotimi Amaechi, former Governor of Rivers State and ex-Minister of Transportation, has stated that he almost collapsed when he heard that the chairman of Governors’ Forum was appointed by President Tinubu.

In an interview with Channels TV, Amaechi said that during his time as a governor, the Governors’ Forum had a strong voice and could challenge the presidency when necessary.
