Former Imo State Governor Officially Joins ADC

According to report by Tribune News On Saturday, July 5, 2025, Former Governor of Imo State, Rt. Hon. Emeka Ihedioha, has officially announced his move to the African Democratic Congress (ADC), signaling a new chapter in his political journey ahead of the 2027 elections. Ihedioha made the announcement during a meeting with leaders of his grassroots political network, the Rebuild Imo Movement (RIM), held at his Civil Centre residence on Friday.

Addressing the gathering, Ihedioha declared, “My party, your party, our party is now ADC.
