Rangers head coach, Fidelis Ilechukwu, admitted that his team is behind schedule in their preparation for the new season.

The players were granted an extended break after their Federation Cup final defeat to Bendel Insurance.
Ilechukwu hopes to put up a formidable team before the start of the season.
He also said there would be no room for error after receiving support from the club’s hierarchy.
“Having everything under your control will be a big pressure because you won’t have anything to prove if you don’t deliver for the team,” he stated after the team’s first training session in Enugu.
“We are behind schedule because we know the Interim Management Committee might not move the August 26 kickoff date.
“We will do everything possible to meet up before the start of the new season.
“I(Fidelis Ilechukwu) will do everything possible to have a formidable team in two weeks time.”
