Super Falcons goalkeeper, Chiamaka Nnadozie has reflected on her performance in the side’s 0-0 draw against Canada on Friday.
Nnadozie put up an impressive performance against the Olympic champions.
The Paris FC goalie denied Christine Sinclair from the spot five minutes after the break.
She was duly awarded Player of the Match after the game
Nnadozie said it was good that the former African champions picked a point from the game.
“It was a great thing that we were able to at least get something and it was a dream come true for me personally,” Nnadozie said in a post match interview.
“When she took the ball, I was like, ‘Okay, it’s Sinclair again’, because the last time we played against them, she scored against me.
“I was very angry, and I told myself, this is the opportunity to make things right.”
