Eba, who spoke at a post election media briefing to outline the cause and effect of the party’s loss in the senatorial district poll, said besides the external factors, there were majorly internal factors, especially indiscipline among highly placed members to contain with
However, he assured that the party is ready to raise the barometer of discipline to the level that whoever is not ready to cope with the standard should easily ship himself out of the system without rancour
On the likely external factors which denied the party the senatorial ticket, Barrister Eba accused the opposition party, especially the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) of working in tandem with some military personnel to witch hunt and harass APC supporters during the election, claiming that the ugly development provided them ample opportunity to manipulate the electoral process in their advantage.

He said such underhand arrangement only smack of an evil plot aimed principally to abort any imaginable form of fair play in the last election.
The APC Chapter Chairman assured party faithful to stand strong and remain resolute as they are perusing both the video and empirical evidence at their disposal to determine the proper steps to take in reclaiming what he described as the party’s ‘stolen mandate’.
