Barely a day after a Fulani herdsman claimed in a viral video that he would kill 150 people if they kill one of his cows, another Fulani herder has threatened to carry out mass killings of Tiv people in Benue State if they harm any Fulani person or cow henceforth.
In a video that has since gone viral, the herder is heard vowing that Fulani herdsmen would retaliate with violence and destruction if provoked by the people of Benue or any other place for that matter.
In the disturbing video footage shared on social media platforms on Tuesday, the herder repeatedly accused Tiv communities of trying to drive Fulani people out of the state and warned that such actions would not be tolerated.
