While reacting, Osita Chidoka made it known that any individual who says he is not Igbo is not Igbo, stating it clearly that “Igbo is not only an ethnic identity, but also a way of life.”

Mr Chidoka made this disclosure in a post he made on his official X handle on Sunday evening, while reacting to the statement that was made by Nyesom Wike.
In addition, Mr Chidoka made it known that if Nyesom Wike says he is not an Igbo man, that he (Chidoka) agrees with him totally, stating it clearly that there is absolutely no need to argue because Igbo is beyond proclamation and geography.
Some parts of his post read: “Anyone who says he is not Igbo is not Igbo. Igbo is not only an ethnic identity; it is also a way of life.”
