The statement read, “Members of the National Caucus and National Executive Committee of the All-Progressives Congress are hereby informed that the National Caucus and National Executive Committee meetings scheduled to be held on September 11 and 12, 2024, respectively, have been postponed.

No official reason was given for the postponement but sources say it may be due to uncertainties around whether or not President Bola Ahmed Tinubu would be in the country at the time of the meeting.
