The Supreme Court, on Friday, affirmed the election of Governor Abdullahi Sule of Nasarawa State.
The apex court dismissed the appeal filed by David Ombugadu, the candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, in the March 2023 gubernatorial polls.
The judgment was delivered by a five-member panel led by justice Kudirat Kekere-Ekun.
