Omoniyi explained that the jobs were created through the state government’s direct labor strategy used in various housing projects across Ogun.

The commissioner shared this information while speaking to reporters after leading a tour of construction sites in Abeokuta, Ogun State, with members of the Real Estate Developers Association of Nigeria.

Omoniyi said the incumbent administration in the state had been bullish with the provision of affordable, medium and high-income homes across the three senatorial districts of Ogun State in the last five years.
