According to Obi, the call came shortly after his brother returned from Port Harcourt, only to find unknown men tearing down the building — with no prior notice or official documents presented.
Obi, who was in Abuja at the time, rushed down to Lagos but arrived to find security agents blocking access while bulldozers continued the demolition. To his shock, he learned that the building — owned by his brother’s company for over 10 years — was allegedly brought down based on a court ruling tied to squatters and an “unknown person.”
