It was a joyous occasion for the senators elected, as well as an opportunity for them to mingle with their new incoming colleagues.
After receiving his certificate, Oshiomhole, who was the centre of attention, proceeded around the high table in the hall to shake hands with each and every person seated there. It is noteworthy that only Adams was seen doing this out of all the senators who received certificates.
Adams Oshiomhole will make a fine senator because he has always demonstrated humility and is distinguished by his ability to get along with everyone.
