The Federal High Court, presided over by Justice Inyang Ekwo, will deliver judgment in a suit instituted against NYSC by the governor to challenge the allegations against him.

A notice of judgment delivery sighted by a DAILY POST correspondent revealed that judgment in the suit marked FHC/ABJ/CS/1611/2023 would be handed down in a few hours.

At the time of this report, sympathizers, political followers and friends of the governor have flooded the courtroom to witness the proceedings.

Governor Mbah had, before his inauguration on May 29, sued the NYSC and its Director, Corps Certification, Ibrahim Muhammad, for publishing a disclaimer denying the issuance of a discharge certificate to him on January 6, 2003.

Justice Ekwo had, on May 15, restrained the NYSC, Muhammad and any of their agents from, henceforth, engaging in such publication pending the hearing and determination of the substantive matter.
