Notorious bandit kingpin, Bello Turji, has reportedly threatened to unleash terror on residents of Isa Local Government Area in Sokoto State and kill them all if they failed to drain a dam he is laying claims to.

According to security expert, Dan Katsina, the most wanted terrorist issued the stern warning to villagers after claiming that the dam was affecting his group’s movement in the area and if they failed to drain it, the community would face brutal consequences.
