According to an Iran International English report of June 30th, a former deputy speaker of Iranian parliament, Ali Motahari, has publicly criticized Russia for refusing to sell Tehran the S-400 air defence system, despite Iran’s military support for Moscow in the ongoing war in Ukraine.
