He encouraged citizens to remain proactive in protecting their votes, particularly as the 2027 election approaches.
Reflecting on his own political journey, Amaechi recalled his bid for the APC presidential ticket in 2023, where he emerged second with 316 votes behind Bola Tinubu, who secured 1,271 votes.
He warned that political power is not easily handed over and urged Nigerians to stay engaged if they aspire to challenge President Tinubu’s leadership in 2027.
