Many vehicles were seen turning back as others are held in the traffic for hours, since around 8am.
Other were seen trying to maneuver through, using the 0ne-Way carriage from Lugbe axis.
The vehicular movement has been so slow such that Blueprint correspondent’s attempt to reach the scene of accident was unsuccessful.
