This funding is divided into Zonal Intervention Projects (ZIPs) and Special Intervention Projects (SIPs), with ₦179 million allocated for ZIPs and ₦40 million for SIPs. An additional ₦200 million is specifically designated for his Billiri/Balanga constituency.

During a town hall meeting, Ali detailed how these funds support major projects in constituencies, emphasizing that they are crucial for development, especially as federal projects are often sparse.

He noted that the ZIP allocation has remained unchanged at ₦179 million for the past 20 years, while SIP funding increased from ₦30 million to ₦40 million this year.

Ali praised the Federal Government for its track record of releasing nearly 100 percent of the funds from 2019 to 2023 and promised that his leadership would continue to ensure full implementation of the projects despite current economic challenges.

He also mentioned the formation of a committee of professionals to oversee the quality of the projects.
