In an interview on Oyinmomo TV YouTube channel, the actress spoke about her current relationship status, the qualities she desires in a partner, and her expectations for any future husband.

She noted that financial status is not her priority, as she is not searching for a wealthy man but rather someone who is kind, responsible, and willing to be a father figure to her child.
While discussing her struggles in finding the right partner, she stated, “I haven’t found a man yet, i’m still begging God to have mercy on me and give me a man.” She further explained that her main concern is finding a good man, adding, “I only want a good man in my life, but if I can’t find a good man, I won’t be interested in a relationship.”
Dewunmi also addressed whether being a single mother has affected her chances of finding love. She noted that her child’s well-being is very important to her, saying, “I’m a single mom, I need a man that will accept my son, and I’m not looking for a rich man. My son needs a fatherly love in order to complement the one he missed in the past. I’m not a lazy woman, I also work for my own money, and I will be there to support my husband financially if the need arises.”
