Iran has called on the United States to take responsibility for recent attacks on its nuclear and scientific sites, accusing Washington of violating international law.

According to a report by Iran International on June 25, 2025, Iran’s Deputy Foreign Minister, Saeed Khatibzadeh, revealed that the country will submit a formal complaint to the United Nations over the strikes. He described the attacks as unlawful and damaging to Iran’s critical infrastructure.

“The US must pay for the damage inflicted on Iranian facilities,” Khatibzadeh said, while also noting that legal and diplomatic measures will be taken to seek redress.
