In an interview with Arise TV, Ndume said before President Tinubu became president he was very close to him. He said he used to visit Tinubu in his Bourdillon residence and his other home in Lagos. He also said that he used to enter Tinubu’s bedroom.

Ndume said he is now 65 years old and has spent 24 years in politics. He said God has already given him everything he needs in life and because of that, he feels a strong duty to always speak the truth and do what is right no matter the situation.
