Ganduje’s commendation came during a courtesy visit from Princess Nikky Onyeri, Chief Operating Officer of Camroll Quest Ltd, SLTV’s mega dealer in the FCT, at the APC headquarters in Abuja.

Ganduje highlighted the patriotic effort of SLTV in setting up a satellite television service that provides quality and affordable options for Nigerians.

Princess Onyeri, accompanied by her management team, emphasized the visit as part of stakeholder engagement to garner support for the indigenous brand in line with advocacy for made-in-Nigeria products.

She presented decoders and dishes to Ganduje, explaining the innovation and operations of SLTV, and positioning it as a viable alternative for Nigerians.

The Federal Government, aiming to offer Nigerians alternatives and enhance competition in the sector, unveiled SLTV in March at the Shehu Yar’Adua Centre in Abuja. Secretary to the Government of the Federation, George Akume, commended Metro Digital Limited for their initiative and expressed full government support.

SLTV, owned by Metro Digital Limited, offers over 58 channels and works with any dish, making it a unique and affordable service for every Nigerian.

It provides live football matches from the Premier League, Champions League, La Liga, Serie A, and UEFA, with monthly subscriptions ranging from N2,500 to N5,000. In just four months since its launch, SLTV has gained popularity among Nigerian subscribers due to its low-cost packages and value delivery.
