Location of 900 Pounds of Enriched Uranium Relocated By Iran Before U.S. Strikes Unknown -IAEA Chief

According to Iran International English, the Director General of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), Rafael Grossi, has alleged that the United Nations (UN) nuclear watchdog currently has no knowledge of the location of approximately 900 pounds (408 kilograms) of enriched uranium that was removed from Iranian nuclear facilities.

In an interview with Fox News on Tuesday, Grossi stated that Iranian authorities claimed the uranium was moved for “protective measures” in anticipation of potential United States (U.S.) strikes on nuclear sites. However, Iran has not disclosed the new location of the material to the IAEA.
