According to Punch, the operations, aimed at securing the nation and combating illegal activities, also led to the destruction of 83 illegal refineries and the seizure of stolen oil worth N3.89 billion.

Major General Edward Buba, Director of Defence Media Operations, provided an update on the operations, detailing significant recoveries including 480 weapons and over 9,000 rounds of ammunition.

Notable seizures included 263 AK-47 rifles, 81 locally-made guns, and 12,690 liters of stolen petrol.

In various regions in Nigeria such as:

Northeast (Operation Hadin Kai): 85 terrorists were killed, 78 arrested, and 20 hostages rescued.

North Central (Operation Safe Haven): 12 extremists neutralized, 43 arrested, and 33 hostages freed.

Northwest (Operation Hadarin Daji): 59 terrorists eliminated, 29 arrested, and 95 hostages rescued.

Federal Capital Territory (FCT): 412 suspects arrested, including 400 in Abuja’s AMAC and Bwari Area Council.

Southeast (Operation Udoka): 6 terrorists killed, 31 arrested, and 15 hostages rescued.

Niger Delta (Operation Delta Safe): 83 illegal refineries destroyed and significant quantities of arms and ammunition confiscated.
