Nollywood actor Damola Olatunji shared a personal story in an interview with Biola Bayo on her show *Talk To B*. He recounted how his ex-fiancée became pregnant by another man just weeks before their planned introduction ceremony.

He clarified that while there have been claims he abandoned his marriage and home, he remains committed to his kids and would never abandon them.
Damola emphasized the importance of parting ways peacefully when love fades, rather than resorting to violence. He advised divorced parents to avoid public conflicts on social media, as their children will eventually read those posts.
Despite the separation, Damola supports his children both financially and emotionally, ensuring they think highly of him. He also mentioned that he receives romantic advances from both men and women but maintains his boundaries.
Damola said, “My fiancée got pregnant for someone else, weeks before our introduction. As a matter of fact, this is the first time I’m talking about my divorce. Some said Damola left his marriage, Damola left the house, and I would say, these are my kids.
“Feelings die, and love fades. If things aren’t working in a relationship, it’s better to go separate ways than to become physical. Couples with children should not fight publicly online. Your kids will grow up to read those things.
“I am not a deadbeat father. Despite our separation, I still pay my kids’ school fees and attend to their needs. My kids will tell you, ‘My dad is the best in the world.’ They can never lack as long as I am alive. When you have kids with someone, something will always bring you together for life.
“I get romantic advances the way ladies do, from both males and females. I’m not a saint, but I will not cross my boundaries.”
