Several Nigerians have taken to the streets to express their grievances regarding the hike in the prices of commodities and the rising level of inflation, which is said to have followed the removal of fuel subsidies by the current administration led by Bola Tinubu.

Following this development, Nigerian politicians urged citizens to exercise patience with the current administration, as there is always a light at the end of the tunnel.

However, plans to embark on a nationwide protest against the Tinubu-led administration have been uncovered.

In a video posted by Channels Television, Nyesom Wike stated that the president had never promised citizens that he would not make any mistakes, as he is also human.

He also maintained that no one should bother hitting the streets with placards.

According to the video, “Let nobody bother to carry placards and go on the streets.”
