Thank you for reading this post, don't forget to subscribe! The rules agreed on were not followed to transmit the election electronically and it took the commission many days before they were able to call the results. All this tainted the election and we are not happy.
“It is a shame the chairman of the commission announced the results of the elections despite these anomalies and infractions.”
“Moreover, the Electoral Act says that if the number of votes that were discarded is enough to make a difference in the final result, the election should be cancelled and there should be a rerun.”
Nwose stated that he is joining his voice to those of other Nigerians that are calling for the cancelation of the election.
He argued that the election was not free and fair, adding that there were manipulations in many parts of the country in favour of the ruling party.
The convener of Speak Up Nigeria International condemned what he described as the collusion of some professors to disenfranchise many Nigerians and force unwanted people on them.
He flayed those that voted for candidates that he believed cannot solve the challenges that face Nigeria as a nation.
He called on President Muhammadu Buhari to prevail on INEC to cancel the election and conduct a free and fair election in which Nigerians will elect a leader that will serve them.
