In a video shared by AIT, Timfon stated that Udoh was caught during a joint operation by police operatives on January 17, 2025, around 6:30 PM. He was found with substances suspected to be Indian hemp, which he was reportedly selling to criminals in the area. She noted that people would not usually expect a physically challenged person like Udoh to engage in such a crime
