In a statement released on Friday, August 16, 2024, the ADF expressed admiration for Umahi’s efforts in overcoming numerous challenges associated with the roadworks.
Despite his roots in southeastern Nigeria, Umahi has been recognized for his dedication to advancing infrastructure in northern regions, including the Abuja road projects.
The forum highlighted Umahi’s effective combination of technical expertise and political will, which has facilitated the advancement of these projects.
The ADF’s commendation also extended to President Tinubu, whose initiative to construct the 1,000-kilometer Sokoto-Badagry Super Highway was described as a visionary step towards fostering national development.
