Luis Castro is set to become the new manager of Al Nassr where he will work with his compatriot, Cristiano Ronaldo, according to ESPN.

Al Nassr had been in search of a new man in charge since they sacked Rudi García in April.
Ronaldo personally spoke with Castro to convince him to take the role at the Saudi Arabian side.
Castro will sign a two-year deal with Al Nassr, with an option to extend the deal for one more season.
Castro’s contract with Botafogo expires at the end of the year, so Al Nassr will pay the Rio de Janeiro based club €2.3million as part of his release clause.
