While many commended him for instilling spiritual values on his officials, others criticized him for his unprofessionalism.
In light of this, an official of the commission whose names were not ventilated to the public in a recent statement which was made available to the general public by news outlet, Sahara Reporters on their official social media handle, X today being Sunday the 26th day of January 2025, shared how they felt when they received the chairman’s orders.
According to him, many of them felt insulted when the chairman urged them to pray and fast. He further pointed out that the commission refused to provide them with tools required to fight corruption.
‘In his words’
“Many of us felt insulted when the chairman asked us to fast and pray while refusing to provide us with tools to fight corruption. We know he is an RCCG pastor but this is about being equipped for the job, not about faith.” He said.
