The police discovered an array of controversial spiritual items, including caskets, monkey skulls, and carved skeletons inside the churches. One suspect, Prophet Elijah Aniete of Power House of Glory International Gospel Church, vehemently denied allegations of ritualistic activities.

I was instructed to drink this medicine for healing. But the casket found in my church was used for deliverance.”
Claiming to be a maritime rescue coastal security officer, Mr. Aniete strongly rejected accusations of possessing a human skull. Supporting his stance, Rivers State Superintendent of Police Iringe-Kojo clarified, “Contrary to social media reports, no live python or human skull was recovered from the church’s compound.” While the investigation continues, the Police Authorities has decided to expose the face of the suspects until being proven guilty of the allegations.
