The remaining three kidnapped victims in Isanlu-Isin, Isin Local Government of Kwara state have secured their freedom.

Their release on Saturday night barely two days after their abduction, was sequel to the pressure put on the kidnappers by the state police command’s tactical teams and the vigilante led by Commissioner of Police, Ebunoluwarotimi Adelesi.

The victims Dipe Ajayi, Kunle Abolarin, Femi Abolarin and Femi Ajayi, were kidnapped on Thursday in Isanlu-Isin at about 1700 hours according to police reports.

DAILY POST recalls that two of the victims, Oke Olatunji and Femi Ajayi were earlier rescued on Saturday by the same police tactical team, hunters and vigilantes in a forest within Isin axis.

Spokesman of the state police command, SP Okasanmi Ajayi, in Ilorin on Sunday, disclosed that the police commissioner personally led the search and rescue operation leading to the release of the abducted victims.

The kidnappers, he said, were given a hot chase which forced them to abandon the Sienna bus conveying the victims.
